Ribbon | Gifting

We sell pregnancy and postpartum products where sizing can be tricky due to changing bodies. While we offered gift cards, customers weren't really drawn to them for gifting. Ribbon solved this by letting gift purchasers send recipients a link to choose their own size and color so they are gifting actual product vs a gift card.
The interface is user-friendly, though some customization is needed. The Ribbon team handles most of the implementation, and the founder is very responsive to questions and is quick to jump in and fix any issues. We've been using the app for about a month now and are excited to see how this helps us as we near peak gifting season!
