This app is really great. We had an issue with installing the code properly at first but their customer service was quick to fix the problem for us.

I was looking for a review app for my stores, I found Rivyo and found everything I need it, I am not technical and found some little thing that need adjustment and their support fixed right away, they will stick with me until we had ironed everything. it is a great choice

The developers have been very, very helpful. I've had issues when I do other updates to my store and the review stars go missing from the top of my product pages and collection pages and they have been able to add them back in. They are very patient and willing to help you solve any issues. Very pleased.

There is still some issues with the app but support helps and responds very quickly. I had some issue with importing amazon reviews but not it is all fixed.

Excellent. There was a problem with the code in my website, couldn't get the reviews to show. Mark did an excellent job at fixing it within 15 mins. Thank you! The reviews look great too

Eu solicitei ajuda devido a problemas com a incorporação de avaliações no meu site. Recebi uma resposta por e-mail muito rapidamente após solicitar assistência, oferecendo ajuda. Embora tenham me explicado como fazer por conta própria, como eu não tinha conhecimento sobre como seguir suas instruções, pediram que eu autorizasse (dando permissão na loja) para que eles pudessem configurar o código, o que eles fizeram de forma excelente.
