Rivyo ‑ Product Reviews App

I only committed to this app because the developer promised me that the reviews would be indexed by Google in 1 month. That was 4 months ago. Now they include it, but there is a catch. You have to pay for the Advanced Plan. Developer left that detail out. Only reason I put up with the all the problems with this app was because it was free.

Updated: The customer service has been good in dealing with issues I have so I am bumping my review up

It’s a really good app. But, we need a lot of assistance from their tech’s. The team is very fast with problem solving. Would be a 5 star if the functionality was better.

I used this App and twas helpful but I had to remove caus i closed the acct. shopatakuweb. I got refunded by the rep.tnx!

Seems I use the free plan, there are only a few limited functions that I can use, but it is quite enough for our store so far. Great customer service, easy to use. But it has a problem, the chrome extension can't grab the corresponding reviews for the specific item, I have to delete the wrong review by myself one by one.

Used many app but found rivyo to be more simple. The support is also very helpful. Responds on time. Satisfied.

Very helpful in adding and managing reviews for our shopify store. I would definitely recommend this app.

Quick and speedy install and responses help requests. Although we have shied away from importing reviews I did test the Google Chrome extension and it worked incredibly well!

So far they have been able to resolve all queries promptly.
