Customer support is fantastic. They will basically help you achieve literally anything you need customized for your store short of some massive change.

But would prefer to have all the changes I requested be available as settings and options in the app.
We switched over from Stamped reviews for a number of reasons. Stamped used to be a very good option, but over the years they have really changed and their service was no longer working well, but their prices were going up and up.
Recently while looking for a wishlist app I found this company and was very impressed with both the service and technical support. Lets say I was eager to switch over our reviews also. Like many shops, we had a ton of customer reviews and photos we wanted to keep when we swapped apps. I wish this was a straight forward process, but it never is. (Had the same issue when we switched over to Shopify from another platform.) But working with the Rivyo team was great. The issues were related to the data our old app was supplying. After a lot of back and forth with Stamped we finally had most of our reviews in a usable format and the Rivyo team were able to import them. Woo hoo!
I also needed to have the team makes some changes for our site, and they were super fast and very professional.
In conclusion we are very pleased with this team and this app. Our customer's are once again sending in reviews of their purchases and that is the most important bit. Oh yeah, and this app costs a fraction of what Stamped was charging and our customers were no longer leaving product reviews with Stamped. I think that tells you a lot.

The best review app out there. i am so happy i found it. The support team is amazing, they helped me with all the questions I had and also helped me with the customization. LOVE IT. It's easy to integrate, easy to use and it has so many cool features that you can use.

Pathetic app. The app affected my store speed significantly. Due to this app, my store's mobile interface started to malfunction, and important icons "menu" and " search" stopped working! I faced so many issues with customer support and lost sales. I have asked the developers to remove all codes, which I hope they have done. I have also asked them to refund my subscriptions, as this app brought more disruptions rather than assistance. Shopify must block this Rivyo app immediately.
