Good app at affordable price, I am using it on multiple websites without any problems. Chat support is also fast.
I have now used this review app for some time and I can't find another app out there that suits all my needs and is customizable to the extent of Rivyo, also the staff team are great and very attentive when it comes to any problems or glitches which is a major plus! I had a few issues with the placement of the reviews module and they were fixed very quickly! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a stable and solid review system.
Their absolutely satisfying support team, my other website uses judge.me for backend operations than this and it is much more expensive, I definitely recommend it

So I have been using this app for quite a while and Im happy really happy with it. Customer service is very quick and awesome.
Great app and excellent customer service. Very easy to install and implement! The only thing is that you can only import 10 reviews at a time from Ali Express. If that number can be increased, that would make life easier.
Nice review app at no cost! I would recommend. They're still adding more features like review emails sending!

Nice app, I am surprisingly amazed by the knowledge and responses of their support despite the fact that this is a free app. highly recommended.
The app is great! The design of the reviews is definitely the best in my opinion. The app offers many options and works fast. It basically has no affect on page load speed so I am very happy about that. Also the support is very fast and friendly. They took care of special requests and were able to find a solution in a very fast and friendly manner.
10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a review app!

//Edit 10.07.2023: And still, this app is the best Review app I came across in my 5 years of using Shopify. The support is going out of their way to implement changes to my store, that are not normally supported and are outstandingly friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
