I love this app, out of every review app I've used, this one is the best. Their offered features are amazing, all their widgets aren't too crazy nor too bold. customer service is also very amazing, they're always there the and they respond fairly quickly. I will be passing this on to my friends and family and I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a review app for their online store.
Great service, took the time to answer all my questions and help me implement the changes. Better to catch them on chat than email since it would take longer to get a response.

support is good. they still need to add the reviews on the cart page. the app is good but can be improved a little
Really great app and fantastic customer service. I had some difficulty installing the app as I am unfamiliar with coding. I also wanted the reviews displayed in a specific location. Within 1 hour of first contacting Rivyo all of my requests were carried out and completed. Excellent service.
