Robo Product Importer helps Shopify merchants import products with minimal manual effort. Import products using the Robo Chrome extension or by pasting a product link into the app. Robo imports available product details such as title, description, images, price, and tags, and creates products directly in your Shopify admin. Variants are not supported. Merchants are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to import and sell products.

I used this app for the first time and have to say I'm very happy with the product. The ability to import all my stock and info from eBay over to my shopify store is extremely quick and helpful, it saved me a lot of time.
I would definitely recommend this product.

This app is glitchy and doesn't import variants. Lately, it's been only showing one single image in the product import section or random images that don't belong in that listing. This app is upfront with stating no variants can be imported in their description but this is my review and one of my reasons for uninstalling your app. Also, I uninstalled this app to avoid the recurring charge and can no longer show examples of the image issues. I will bump your rating back up from a 2 to a 3-star because this app can be useful to customers that don't have multiple color or size variants to pull into their stores, and don't mind manually downloading additional images.

We want to clarify that our app does not currently support importing variants, which is already mentioned in the app dashboard. We have also not advertised variant import functionality on our Shopify listing page. We have been given a negative review for no fault of ours.
Additionally, our team emailed them multiple times regarding the image issue but have not received a response.
