We found this app fine but uninstalled it for another app more suited to our store’s needs.
This is an unfair review from the folks at Witch of Scots.
We made it clear about the App charges and that our billing system operates through Shopify Billing APIs, ensuring that charges are automatically calculated and applied based on your approved billing cycles.
Also, it's the way Shopify billing works. We do not have control over it. The Upgrades/downgrades are pro-rated. But you get monthly charged.
We also provided a documentation reference to check, yet they provided us with a negative review.
Our team tried multiple times to reach out to the folks and have not received any response from them.
