Still testing this app out. There are issues with the images. They are not showing up in the adults or in the ALT IMAGES tag optimizer. Hopefully this will be fixed soon seeing that I am paying for this APP.

easy to install and very helpful for SEO optimizing with help on the descriptions and being able to keep up on ranking pages. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I feel this is the only way i can get a response from your company. I wrote several times to get more information about the app and to find out about future pricing before i switch completely from my previous app to strong seo, but they haven't even acknowledged my email. Whilst the app looks okay with some features missing, their customer service as far as i know, is not great. The response i need, is critical to my business because if they dont respond in time, i will have to pay for the other app when i actually would prefer to go with strong seo.

We did respond to your emails. Can you please check your spam folder to see if they have been incorrectly marked as spam? We take customer service very seriously and would never just ignore our users! I will try to email you again now - please know that we are doing everything we can to respond. We are not ignoring you!
UPDATE: It's now been a week since this review. We've responded to your emails, written new emails and even completed the online form on your website. There's not much more we can do.
