Great service. Adoption rate among customers has been very low. But we love the service so much we are considering changing our model so that we pay for route coverage on all orders rather than leaving that decision up to our customers. Route has been great to work with! Installation of the toggle switch on my checkout page was super fast and easy. They even coordinated with my fulfillment center to make sure that the skus were set up correctly with their system. Super great service! It makes my customers AND me really happy when we don't have to lose money on lost shipments.

We sell higher-priced items and when customers want to waive a signature requirement, we insist they insure with Route. Route has been pretty quick to resolve any customer claims that are filed, usually having the order re-ordered within 24 hours time frame. Customer is happy they're covered in case of lost or stolen parcels, we're happy that it's an extra revenue stream for all lost/stolen shipments.

We have found Route app to be very helpful. Most of our customers purchase Route Protection, as the cost is minimal. This has protected us several times from losses due to lost and damaged shipments.

I got ninety-nine problems, but Route ain't one. We've had problems with customers calling in 60 days after their order was marked as delivered, demanding satisfaction. We've had trouble with mail getting lost or severely delayed. We've had trouble with stolen and misdelivered packages. We had a hurricane stop the mail for weeks. Route has always delivered what they promised.
