While Routify itself is very good at what it does, the Shopify integration is less than lackluster. Several issues have been brought to their attention, and months later after a "we'll take a look at it", nothing has been done to fix these bugs.
After selecting orders in Shopify to "send to routific", it forgets which ones you have selected every single time. Then you have to have both windows open, to select the correct ones again, but this time, you have to do it by last name of the recipient (which is often different than the person who ordered it in Shopify). When you do finally get it sent to Routific, it will select a past route, every single time, instead of the one you just created. To top it all off, it then also overrides all preferences that you have setup in Routific, and select all of your drivers, forcing you to de-select them one at a time. It is quite clear that Routific has no intention of fixing this "integration" as it seems very few people are actually using it. Too bad, because Routific itself is a very good platform. We're looking elsewhere now for our fleet to see if anyone successfully integrated it into Shopify.
