Amazing support - helped me solve issues in the matter of seconds. The app has a beautiful design too, and it's nicely customizable. Love it :)
The application is good, it remains simple to configure overall, a small downside for me: it is not in French and I lost time translating and understanding certain steps or settings. The only setup I couldn't do, the support did it very quickly in the morning. The support team is friendly, quick and efficient. So this app is good for managing your customer reviews.
I appreciate the speed in helping and I like the kindness of this girl. Give her a raise.
