The Ryviu app is easy to use and simple to integrate into product pages. Reviews can either be published directly on the product page or approved first before going live. The best thing about the Ryviu app is the fast and very helpful customer support. Highly recommended!
I really recommend Ryviu app and thanks to the team, I have made my store look great and elegant. Mai helps me to solve some issues with my store, too. This is a fantastic app and works perfectly in our website! I needed some assistance in implementing it in our website and Dan from the support team couldn’t help enough. They got back to me very quickly and were able to get the reviews on my site and also implement the Q&A section on my product pages. These are fantastic additions and work great. I would highly recommend this app and company.
I’ve been using Ryviu across my Shopify stores and it’s honestly one of the most essential apps for me. It’s super easy to use, very intuitive, and does exactly what you need without complexity. On top of that, the pricing is excellent, probably one of the best value-for-money apps on the market, especially considering how effective it is. A big thank you to Selina from the support team, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.
Support has been great always helping and fixing any issues I have had which hasnt been alot but when I do the team are always there to help get everything sorted.

Um lixo mesmo pagando o plano não funciona direito , suporte ninguém resolve fala que a culpa é do tema , ficam arrumando desculpas , não recomendo ....

Em nenhum momento dissemos que o problema é “culpa do tema”. O que explicamos é que, por limitações da Shopify, o app não tem permissão para editar o tema automaticamente.
Para configurar corretamente os widgets e recursos do plano Advanced, precisamos que o lojista aceite a solicitação de acesso ao tema, assim nossa equipe pode verificar e configurar tudo diretamente na loja.
