The program is very easy to use and does everything I need it to do. The pricing is very reasonable and I will upgrade my subscription when the time comes. And I like how the app widget for reviews shows up on the product page in clear sight. Also, it is easy for customers to see the "Write a review" option on the product page. It's so easy! This encourages them to write a review.

Dear Ryviu Team,
We would like to inform you that we have decided to discontinue using the Ryviu app for our product reviews and review feeds. Unfortunately, our experience with your support has been disappointing, and we’ve faced multiple issues without timely or effective resolution.
Additionally, we find your XML file plan to be unreasonably priced, especially when compared to alternative platforms. Judge.me offers a far more affordable and user-friendly solution, which better aligns with our business needs and expectations.
