It's a shame that there's no support, no one responds, we're left to deal with an app that has problems
(the free gift on the progress bar doesn't work and no one is there to fix it), so I'm left feeling like an idiot with an app that I pay for and that doesn't work.
This app significantly increased our AOV within days. The slide cart upsell looks clean and professional, not annoying like popups. Free shipping bar and countdown timer work perfectly.

My brain is tired mush a lot of the time, but I've had no problems customizing and utilizing this app—and the one confusion I did have was sorted out promptly with their very helpful chat support. The "recommended" products upsell has been well-used, as well as the progress bar.
