I had an excellent experience with Jocelyn! I recently added this app in an effort to boost sales. I like the fact that this app has the option to either add the free gift to the art automatically, or allow the customer to select their free gift. We rotate weekly promotions, and there was a small issue with that. I reached out to tech support, and they worked quickly to walk me through resolving it, and updating my store. I sometimes get frustrated working with tech support, however Jocelyn was awesome, responded quickly and professionally and most importantly set my expectations and met them. This is an excellent app to create customized free gift offers to customers. You can create many different scenarios with options on how to display the rewards (pop up, progress bars, etc).

We've tested a few other apps, but none as easy to set up and comprehensive like Salepify. It is also the only app we've found with a complete set of rules and conditions to determine whether or not a customer qualifies for the gifts. Plus, you can customize the style of the app to match your branding perfectly.

Flexible app and a perfect solution for adding free gifts, as the standard Shopify functionality is not working. Sometimes we have some issues with the coding as our developer is changing things in the theme, but always there is good support and the problem is fixed within a few hours.
