TL: Free Gifts BOGO & Upsell

I've taken my time to really play around with this app before leaving a review. Anyhow, I can honestly say that I really like it! It does what I want it to do in a highly customizable way. Very satisfied! And Carmine is very responsive to my queries, so a big thumbs up for customer service as well.

Wish I Had Found This App Sooner!

I just started using this app a few hours ago, and I already LOVE IT!!! Shopify Support recommended it when I was looking for a way to create two tiers of complimentary gifts for my boutique’s 10-year anniversary promotion, and my Shopify Support advisor (Noel J.) even mentioned it was a personal favorite, which immediately gave me confidence to try it!

From the superb customer service to the app itself, I have been incredibly impressed! Customer support (Bella) was extremely fast, with virtually no wait time. She was so helpful getting everything set up exactly the way I needed. The fact that the app is FREE makes its capabilities even more impressive!

It was easy to create my complimentary gift promotions, and I love how much flexibility the app gives me. As a small business owner, finding an app that is easy to use, does exactly what I need, offers excellent support, AND does not add another monthly expense is such a win.

I only wish I had discovered it sooner! Highly recommend!

We’ve tested quite a few similar apps, and this is the first one that has really given us the level of control we were looking for without making everything unnecessarily complicated. There are a lot of customisation options, but the app is still straightforward to set up and flexible enough to adapt to how we actually want to use it.

Support has been just as good. Whenever we’ve had a question, replies have been fast, clear and useful.

**Great first experience with the app and amazing support!**

I’ve just started using Tek Labs Gifts & Upsell to set up promotions and discounts for my store. So far, the app has been easy to use and has the features I need.

What really impressed me was the **fast customer support**. I encountered an issue while setting up my promotion, and their team responded and helped me **ASAP**. They were very responsive and quickly helped me resolve the issue.

It’s still early days for me, but based on my first experience, I’m really happy with the app and especially the support. Looking forward to using more of its features!

Excellent support! The team is very responsive, helpful, and quick to understand and address queries. The app works well, and I’d love to see a feature that displays each product only once in the free-gift popup, with the customer able to select their preferred size/variant. Would make the app even better!

The app has quite a lot of settings and configuration options to work through, which means it can be tailored according to needs. The range of offer types, styling controls, translations and placement options makes it possible to create promotions that fit the store properly rather than feeling like a generic widget.

I’m still setting up and testing my offers, but the app is working well so far and I’m very happy with what I’ve been able to create.
