While I ultimately couldn't use the app for my specific scenario, I am leaving a 5-star review purely for the integrity and helpfulness of the developer. We initially had some confusion over how Shopify handles refunds, and the developer explained the situation in great detail and with total honesty. They didn't just dismiss me; they followed through until the very end. If you are looking for an app backed by real people who care, this is it.
