Regarding the metafields, most Shopify apps create them as part of their functionality. Due to Shopify platform limitations, developers cannot remove metafields after an app is uninstalled. If you had contacted us before uninstalling, we would have been happy to remove them from our side. You can also refer to the Shopify Developer Community for more details on this limitation.
