Really useful app. It doesn’t just answer customers, it can actually handle things like address changes, cancellations, and order lookups directly in Shopify. That alone has cut down our support tickets a lot.
I also like having everything in one place now. Email, chat, and Instagram DMs are all together, instead of us constantly jumping between three different places.
I love the app. They are super responsive, appreciate feedback and act on it. There is a huge focus on constant improvement and making the app do exactly what our business need. We use it to answer our Facebook Messenger, email, website chatbot and Instagram. Excellent product!
