I have uninstalled the app in December 2024, but they billed me in January 2025.
Edit: I re-installed it so that I can contact them again. Look, it didn't even occur to them to check my records with them before they gave this response that "I just installed the app". I was their customer for 3 -4 years. Think about it, guys.

Upon reviewing the installation log in the Shopify portal, we see that you installed the app on January 18, 2025, and you are currently on the Free plan. And were never billed for this install. It appears there may be some misunderstanding. Could you please check?

First of all, apparently there is no customer support - no one has replied for more than 48 hours. Secondly. my mistake, didn't check how many leads are visible for the free plan... ONLY 10!!! So beware if you want to launch first to test customers reaction - it will cost you.

We did reply to your emails and also called your office twice and left messages with your colleague.
We have also taken your feedback and increased the leads in the free plan to 50.
