Amazing app and the handwriting looks very realistic. Also, customer service and tech support is very responsive and helpful- they were able to walk me through all my questions. Highly recommend.
Incredible service and app. We have been using Scribeless for a while now and our customers enjoy the messages they receive. Easy to set up and use. Has been nothing but positive for our business. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience. They obviously have gotten too big for their own good. We've been with them since before they had their app and instead were using zapier. They had issues back then and they have even more issues now. Billing was constantly off. We paid for gift card inserts, and they sent hundreds of cards without them at one point. Last nail in the coffin was when they were going to make a fix to not include our eBay sales. We never heard from them and instead they just paused our campaign completely, when they were never told to do so. We reached out and we were told it was their mistake, but then we found another billing error. At that point they were supposed to reach back out to us once billing was fixed and give us a credit. Sam never reached out again, this was now the second time of no follow-up. We've dealt with James, Sam, Oliver, Robert as well as others, and it's always the same. They don't care about the customer at all. Go elsewhere there are plenty of services doing the same as scribeless outside of Shopify that are capable of delivering.
Hi Nass, we appreciate the feedback but are obviously very disappointed to see this. I know that you’ve faced some issues with the platform, but don’t think this is a fair reflection of our service. We really care about our customers and go to great lengths to accommodate everyone’s needs, and have even developed features specifically for CaliConnected. The 'fix' to exclude your eBay sales was a new feature we were building at your request, and your campaign was paused until it was released because you told us that you didn’t want your eBay customers to receive the notes. When we realised this misunderstanding we apologized, gave you some free credits, and explained why we took the approach we did. As we explained over email, the feature was delayed because several of our engineers contracted COVID. It has been a difficult period and we have been stretched, but we’re more committed than ever to delivering a brilliant service. We would love to talk to you about this further and try to make things right. I will reach out to try and arrange a call, and hope that you will reconsider this review.
We absolutely love this app. It allows us to deliver a wonderful personal touch without the hassle of writing out each and every note to our customers. The team are incredibly helpful, and always there to help with any issues we have had. Would 100% recommend! We have also used it to handwrite notes to our influencers/ambassadors to update them with our business news in a more personal way than an email!
We have been using this app for about 2 months now and we are so so pleased. Originally we introduced it in order to have all of our gift messages automatically printed for us (so nice not having to hand write them!) and now not only are we using it for that purpose, it has also allowed us to roll out a new customer retention scheme. The hand writing is super realistic, and setting it all up was pretty simple too as the Scribeless team can do most of the work for you remotely- great for people who struggle with the tech side of things like me :) We're super excited for more updates + to see where this app can take us.
