SEA Post Purchase Survey App

Super easy to install App. Brian was super helpful and patient in helping us out. Don't think will switch to any other app. As a startup, our main concerns are functionality and support and these guys have nailed it. 5 stars for this app.

Incredibly simple application. Needed some help to get logos set properly, but support (Judy) was superb. Doesn't give detail on what customers responded so not helpful for direct satisfaction improvement, but for quick stuff it is really solid.

I just started to using this app and looks quite ok with the feautres for the an app for free. Customer service nice and helpful and they were answering my questions and doubts right away.
