This app is great! It is very simple to set up in your store. You can easily customize a lot of aspects of the appearance of your search results pages such as colors and the descriptive text for your fields. The search works fast and has a great look that is not too intrusive on your page. I picked this app because it has all of the features I am looking for at a reasonable monthly rate. I have over 4,000 items in my store, some made with gemstones and minerals which are hard to spell. This app provides excellent suggestions when a customer is trying to spell certain words, based on my tags, products and pages.

I needed a replacement search app because my old one was discontinued and the stock Shopify search is just not good enough. There are not a lot of other choices and most are either too expensive or they don't work well...but this one is the perfect balance of functionality and value.
I give SIX stars to the support team, who was very helpful and FAST in helping me get the layout customized to match my theme. Highly recommended!!
only been a couple days but great so far! huge improved to our search and much faster and more accurate. Support was also very helpful and quickly adjusted the design to integrate better with our site! So far so good.

I'm very pleased with the app, it does what it's supposed to do. Nice options to customize the look to match your store. The hardest part was deciding which colors to use.
I would like to leave this feedback in which I hope I can help other companies to decide on their choices. I have been their customer since 2018. And I am proud to describe and be able to help other companies. - Search Engine the best I have seen so far, we have tested about 3-4 platforms and none has been able to meet with Searchanise. - System, it is fluid, fast and accurate in research. Our company has almost 400k products into the shop and Smart Search secures the stride. - Excellent technical support, due to COVID-19 are taking a while, but nothing that in 2-3 days does not solve. They are super attentive and dedicated. I hope I've helped a bit. Nick P.
