Searchanise Search & Filter

Having worked on large WooCommerce, Magento and Shopify stores in the past, this is hands down the best search app I've ever used.

Having gone from Algolia on Magento 2, to using this app, I am simply blown away by how easy this is to setup and the level of control you have. It just works out of the box on our premium Shopify theme, and is so user friendly. I was expecting to at least have to edit the theme liquid files to replace the existing search fields, but I simply installed with a few clicks and configured the filters and search criteria, excluded some landing pages and off it went.

In contrast, it took developers weeks to get Algolia functioning properly on our Magento website, and it still broke (although to be fair the issues were Magento related, indexing breaking, bugs etc).

This app has made searching for products within our store so much easier for our customers, which has lead to increased sales. I wish we installed it earlier!
The app has so many features that can be changed to suit your store and the developers are super quick to reply to any questions.

For me the best search engine, thank you for Nastya for helping me a lot with the fine tuning with the integration to our theme after our update for our Prestige Theme on September 2021 to Shopify 2.0, Tatiana does a very perfect work for the integration of the Searchanise App, very nice communication, and very fast replys __
UPDATE after using the app for one year: Adjustments based on theme updates were implemented within 24 hours, perfect customer service.

***UPDATE 7/15/24*** Julia recently helped me with a currency issue. Awesome customer support. The team at Searchanise is always quick to help and make tweaks to the app to improve the performance.

5/5 Would highly recommend them. I needed a collection filter and nothing was as customizable as this one. They catered to what I was looking for and did it in less than a day.

Nifty, very little configuration needed. Just install, index, and go!

I have been using it for four years with no major issues, and the support staff is very helpful and quick to respond.

Unlike other apps, I had to spend no time or effort on manual actions to get the Search and Filter functionality to work seamlessly. It's perfect! I have no complaints whatsoever!

We've used this app with great results for many years now. The other day something happened however, and the app ceased to work temporarily. I contacted the Searchanise Support team and they resolved the problem in less than 4 hours of us granting them access to our store to fix the problem. On top of this, the level of customer service was 5 star too. We were kept up-to-date with what was happening and were even given an explanation of what caused the problem at the end of the process. Very impressed, would highly recommend!
