I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current state of support for the mobile site search issue. Furthermore, the separate issue regarding the add-to-cart function from site search has yet to be addressed.

Any help is much appreciated, please!!!!!

This app has many bugs

The Customer service never lets you know whenever they have big issues

the customer service is also very bad and answers once every 3 or 4 days

please DO NOT install this app have many other apps on the market better than them

Searchanise servers were down for one hour on BLACK FRIDAY, meaning zero products were visible on my store leading to many thousands in lost revenue. Good going guys!

Hello,

We are extremely sorry to see our recent issue affected your store and your sales, especially on Black Friday. As we see, it was fixed by our developers within an hour. Nevertheless, we have carefully examined the situation. It appears that we had a partial degradation of our search functionality which affected 7-10% of our clients. When it comes to the Overall uptime of our search, this year it was 99,975%.

Additionally, we’d like to note that when our search is not available, the Shopify default search should be active instead. When it comes to our Filters on collections feature, we currently have a so-called fallback mechanism for that: when our widget doesn’t load on a collection, a redirect to the default Search results page happens where your customers can see products found for the query of the collection title. E.g. if a collection is called Dior, your customers will be redirected to the Search results page with all the products found for the ‘Dior’ search term. In case this mechanism didn’t work for you during our issue, please let us know - we will gladly investigate it.

We surely understand that you were one of the clients who experienced a short-term problem with our app. That’s why we were open to discussing each case individually. As we see, we already contacted you via email to resolve this situation.

It's very sad to hear you faced this mobile image issue! As we informed you via email, it was caused by the theme code and our developers fixed it for you. Please let us know if you still need our assistance.

As for the fact that we didn't help, we are very sorry for not fixing it faster! At the moment, we're experiencing a high load of tickets due to an increased number of installations. Plus, as far as we analyzed, many of our new clients replaced our competitors' search apps with our app and it also contributed to an increase in installations. We definitely understand that we have a problem with response speed. That's why we're hiring more staff at the moment. So, the problem with slow responses should be fixed by the end of the month.

We are truly sorry to see you're dissatisfied with our app and our support team! We indeed experienced an issue with our Filters on collections feature that prevented us from taking into account the category conditions. That's why the products shown in some collections were incorrect.

The good news is that the issue is fixed. To apply it to your store as well, some manual changes need to be done in your Shopify store. We understand that it can be time-consuming, that's why we suggested to do that ourselves. In our latest email to you, we described the permission we need for that. As we see, we didn't get a reply from you. If you're ready to give us another shot, please reply to our email - we will gladly help you as fast as we can. Thank you!

The tool may be really powerful but when you are trying to set up your store and get it as quickly as possible and not having to go through a a full web developers course and getting 2 masters in order to do a task it will be much better.
If you know how to code and develop this may be a tool for you if not do not even try I read so much and not success at all.
