Customer Service is prompt but it takes a while for developers to fix bugs. I've had this app for 2 weeks and found 2 bugs with the filters. Took them 1.5 weeks to fix the first bug and then 3 days to fix the second bug. However, I will continue to be using this app as it is very useful.

Great app! Did not see the trial end though so was unaware it had ceased working on my site - needs addressing.
Once I signed up all good again.

A very good search app. It is very product-centric. It has many good features that the basic shopify search does not have, like autocorrect, suggestions (while typing).

One feature which could be improved upon:
Even though it finds pages matching the search term, in the reports, it shows as zero, as no products were found.

Searchanise has been a game-changer! The app is very intuitive and allowed me to incorporate custom meta tags from a provider that has image analysis AI that would then tag the images based on what is visible to the customer. My only wish is that the Searchanise team change the "Color" option to "Look" and then incorporate more controls, such as fonts, weight and style.

Update Review: the developer contact back to me and offer the solution to the bug. After trying to find the replacement apps, the similar issue also occurs. 4-stars for resolution at the end.

There is a bug in the search box for the one using mobile devices. It has been 4 days and there is no resolution yet. If your customers mostly access your site via mobile devices keep away from this app. Uninstall mine now.

Seems to be a nice app. Support very responsive as well. The only thing I wish is that it was easier to control the upsell and cross sell items shown. You can set it manually or have it algorithm-based. But I haven't yet found a way to easily set different complimentary products for each main product (like butter with bread).

If you use the auto feature, they say it uses data from sales in the past 60 days which seems to work well, but for new products or products that don't sell often (maybe you are like us where we sell a lot to distributors and not a ton directly on the site), 60 days isn't a long time. I would pay for pro in a heartbeat if it meant more customization over upsell and crosssell.

The app has strong functionality making it much more than simply a search app. We use Searchanise mainly for search results, collections, and filters on both. It would be great if they advanced their filters to include sliders for numerical ones, and if they could develop local search indexing it would make it a lot faster. Overall definitely worth a download.

We are glad to say that slider filters are now featured in our app. Considering that you mentioned the lack of this feature as a downside of our app, it would be great if you could test the slider filters and let us know if they work the way you need them to. Not going to lie. The search is good and works. The collection filters, however, are confusing and hard to set up. It is a frustrating process. I did not find anywhere in the app where I could change the font type/size for my filters or search pages. I went through their docs. Something as simple as that that should take a minute becomes a time-consuming task. The boostcommerce app is superior for filtering and is much more user-friendly. I do not recommend this app for product filters. The search results page also looks a bit like windows 95 and needs to be customized via CSS to make it look decent (more time). Another negative is that you don't have a chat. The support team is responsive (it might take a couple of days), but boy, you will have questions. Email might not be the best channel. I'd recommend the devs take filters more seriously and add user-friendly configuration options so everything can be set up easily. No need to spend as many hours trying to understand how everything works or require CSS work for small changes. Update: increasing from 2 to 4 stars. Support worked with me to set things up. I'm still unsure if I will use this app for collection filtering, but they were keen to help and did their best.
