the program does not work correctly because it works for a while then does not continue and says unfinished and they do not fix the error in this very annoying program and customer service is not reachable

I have asked the tech about the Unfinished status of images.
He said it's not an error. Unfinished status means Pending.
Images are still waiting to be optimized.
Please understand that it's not an error.

the program does not work properly because it works for a while, then it does not continue and says unfinished and they do not fix this very annoying program, at the same time there is no response to the mail.

I want to know why this application is constantly giving errors, does not work regularly and there is no response to the e-mail :(
