I used this app to compress my product images, & it did BUT the quality of the compressed images was extremely poor, and corrupted.

My store became so slow after using their image optimizer, I restored my product images and they literally duplicated a lot of my product images which made my store even slower.

Their support is open but doesn't seem to have logical answers. I regret using this app.

Thanks for the feedback. As explained over emails, we didn't modify your backup files.

We shared the screenshots clearly showing the improvement in the page speed. Even though it was a complimentary service, and we didn't charge for it, we still offered to review everything.

We are bit disappointed that we are being reviewed negatively for a free service where we actually did good work!
