I think you should not be charged if services not being used.

Not a great experience for Merchants. Charging a $15 fee if customers aren't using the option and then having the audacity to announce a $14.99/month option to get same day payouts (which should be standard) is such a joke. I hope they go bankrupt and out of business.

COMPLETE waste of money! I'm charged $15 per month regardless to if the service is used by customers or not.
The service is definitely NOT worth $15 per month. It doesn't even work most of the time. Customer service is also horrible! They don't even seem to troubleshoot the issues. I've missed many orders because of the service not working and, still no resolution

Horrible service. They decline applications for no reason without reasonable explanation as to why. Do not recommend. You’d be better off using other services. Total waste of time.

App installation was fine but given that unlike other more popular "pay later" services, new Sezzle merchants are not even listed or promoted within the Sezzle directory until they have processed an order. This situation seems unfair from a merchant’s perspective, and I am seeking clarification on what exactly they are sending monthly bills for when no customers have placed an order using Sizzle!? Needless to say won't be continuing with Sezzle.

I hate being forced to make a review. I am trying yo log j to my merchant dashboard snd I don’t have time to do this right now!!! and it wouldn’t let me without doing a review. So here us your review. It HORRIBLE

So far so good! We love Sezzle and the extra options it gives our customers, allowing them the options to purchase more with a longer time to pay for it! Definitely a game changer!

Absolutely love sezzle! It has helped bring so much business to my store! My customers love using it on my website. And I love that they are able to help me , help my customers shop and make payments later. I honestly wouldn’t be so successful with my business if it wasn’t for sezzle. The fees aren’t bad at all. I barely notice them. And I say it’s worth it for how much business I receive in return for paying a small fee. Easy pay outs, very easy app to navigate to see my merchant sales. Highly recommend! I could not get this to work at all with my theme and the coding ruined my cart and product pages. Shame because in theory, it's a great idea.

They started charging businesses and did NOT inform anyone about this change. I as a small business can not afford to pay more fees monthly for not selling over $300 worth of sezzle orders!! I will be switching to Klarna and Afterpay because of this.
