We didn't even complete the onboarding after hitting a brick wall and learning that on top of the 6.1% commissions, the platform that they operate under charges an additional 2%. It would have been great if you disclosed implied charges from all the partners that you work with from the beginning instead of making us spend days trying to troubleshoot things.

I am glad I came to see the reviews. I have been looking into other plans. I didn't realize the changes. I too am deleting the app. It is apparently not small business friendly. :(

App installation was fine but given that unlike other more popular "pay later" services, new Sezzle merchants are not even listed or promoted within the Sezzle directory until they have processed an order. This situation seems unfair from a merchant’s perspective, and I am seeking clarification on what exactly they are sending monthly bills for when no customers have placed an order using Sizzle! ...
