This app helped us establish a straightforward approach for handling lost packages - if it's not purchased, it won't be replaced. The back-end portal with its claim submission and revenue tracking features is perfect for keeping track of our spend on replacement shipments. It looks great in the cart too. Compared to Route it is 100x better and much less expensive.
