Stefan was really helpful and informative as to why my business should use ShipAid. It helps make extra revenue and gives your customers a bit more peace of mind. Amazing for package protection! I use to use nothing, until I had to refund a huge order that never made it. Then I used an app, but they made way too much $ off my sales and never help when I needed it most. This is a way to pay yourself for package protection & use that $ only when you need it! Genius! So happy!

Everything about this app is incredible. They offer outstanding customer support, a smooth integration and easy to use portal. ShipAid is a MUST if you sell products that are perishable or fragile or any other shipping variable that makes losses absolutely unacceptable. I needed help installing it and adjusting settings, and their customer service is amazing! A real person responded very quickly and helped get everything exactly as I need it for my Shopify store. In my experience, actually helpful online chat customer service is a rare thing! the app is easy to use app and offers what for me is a necessary service . It's a small price for the customer and a big win for everyone.
