The app has issues, which made it very hard to us for us to use it every time. There is no support-can't reach them when you need help, and if they respond at all by email to my chat inquiry, which almost never happens, it is too late, and their reply is unsatisfactory. We would have used the app more if only we could. We had to uninstall the app and contact the credit card to stop payment, only because inside the app, our wallet showed empty. We actually had to look through all of our credit cards to locate which one the app was taking money from. It is an unbelievable lack of support for a product that works halfway correctly!
We started using the ShipBlink App right before our Peak season to improve order tracking and provide our customers with more accurate delivery dates. The app integrated seamlessly into our workflow, and it quickly became an essential tool for enhancing the customer experience.
