ShipperHQ: Smart Rates + Rules

I've been using ShipperHQ since first replatforming on Shopify a couple of years ago, and it's absolutely amazing, the app has impressive functionality, we're able to offer shipping calendar options we couldn't offer in the past & it's really helped conversion.

I also can't fault the support team, any time I've had queries I've had helpful responses extremely quickly, and have also had video calls with the team for them to walk me through how to use different parts of the app. The support team are extremely helpful.

I'd definitely recommend this app.

Been using ShipperHQ for years now. I wanted to leave a review beacuse I sent in a support ticket this morning. They responded right away for more information then replied with a solution. Very good customer service all around.

The ShipperHQ app allows us to offer our customers specific shipping options and carriers at checkout based on what is in their cart. We have a wide variety products that vary greatly in size and price. This app allows us to set up complex rules for our shipping options. We've not found any other Shopify app that allows us the same functionality. It's also been very reliable, without any downtime in the 5 years we've used it. This is very important in an app on the checkout page!
The ShipperHQ support team is very responsive and always helpful. Recently we switched to a new LTL freight carrier. The ShipperHQ team guided us through adjusting our settings to add the carrier. When we ran into difficulty the support representative, Michael, scheduled a meeting and walked us through adjusting our settings until we got the result we were looking for.
