Very poor performance. App just freezes or continues to load the tracking page after you input the order number. You can't just put the number either you have to use the # symbol which was confusing for my customers. Do not recommend, wasted time setting up and installing.
I checked the integration and the App. It's working fine and you don't need to enter order numbers with any symbol. I'd be happy to walk you through the platform and sort out all your queries. Sent you an email to schedule the demo
WORST APP EVER.! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I tried to install the app and it is continuously showing an error - "Server error" message and my screen freezes there. I tried to hard refresh the page but it is still stuck at loading the screening. I would highly suggest you to NOT TO INSTALL this app. WASTED MY TIME ON THIS.! First of all, you should know disclosing the store URL isn't a good thing. Rest if you need a screenshot of the problem just let me know I will share everything with you. Moreover when you said to reach out to your support via chat. I saw one person Rev is online but I sent many messages regarding need the help of setting up the application on my store but as he is online but not responding. SERIOUSLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Your store URL is "demo1243.myshopify.com", This didn't pass through our spam-check as this store URL looks like a test one. That's the reason you faced this issue.
