Love the customer service I received from Jordon. ShippingEasy is always exploring ways to improve the customer experiance.
The best part about this app is when I need to merge two orders into one shipment. Shopify makes it impossible to do that. Also if you bulk ship at all, this is a great app for that. My only issue is that my UPS shipments seem to be twice as much via Shippingeasy as they are directly on Shopify. Who knows why?
ShippingEasy integrated easily with our Shopify store and has served us well for many years. We've grown quite a bit since we started using ShippingEasy, and it's served us equally well the whole time. 5 stars, would recommend to a friend. :)

ShippingEasy has definitely lived up to its name. Everything about it, from set up to using it everyday, has been easy. The thing I truly enjoy most about ShippingEasy is that I don't have to even think about it. It works like promised, so, as a family-run business, shipping is one less thing to worry about.
We use this app to print labels and ship out all of our orders. I was trying to connect a second warehouse and Jordan was extremely helpful!
We just had to use customer service chat for some syncing help and Tom was amazing. It was fast, helpful and he stayed with us the whole way. This app is highly recommended!!

I was trying to get the settings set up to stop sending out emails for tracking. Our packages had already been shipped by a fulfillment center. I still wanted access to the orders. I contacted online chat, Matthew helped me within 5 seconds figure out where to go, what to do and how to fix it back once I needed the emails for tracking to go back out again. Great job! and I love how knowledgeable Shipping easy customer service always is. Their customer service is top notch every time I contact them either via phone or via chat. They have helped me out of some binds more than once over the years! Great job!
