Without even talking about the app, I'd like to recognize the customer service team at Shipping Easy. Micah is the sh*t, he's saved me essentially hours of time with some quick tweaks, rules, and adjustments that I couldn't do on other shipping apps. With us transitioning to fulfillment for other stores this app has helped us immensely. Thanks, Y'all

Works well, easy to use and learn, and very simple to organize the variousstores we ship alongside. Also Melody is cool.

ShippingEasy is the best shipping program we've used and we have been using them for over 5 years. They keep updating the features and making it better. You can connect directly with all of the major carriers and chose which one you want to ship an order with easily. The packing slips can be customized to your preferences along with some automation features to make your life easier. Plus it is easy to setup!

The customer support team is awesome. Our last support request was promptly and professionally handled by Melody. Their goal is to make you a customer for life. I highly recommend ShippingEasy!

We love Shippingeasy! They help us ship like a BIG business, even though we are small biz. They are continually making improvements to their product that allows us to ship even faster and save time & money.

The customer services if top-notch. We personally love the Chat option. The Chat employees are not only very knowledgeable, but they are also extremely helpful and willing to go the extra step to help you.

We feel like the pricing we get for shipping is the best we can find anywhere.

We've used shipping easy for over 4 years. Never had a major issue that couldn't be corrected almost instantly. Customer service is AMAZING whether it be by message or phone! Thank you for making things easier!

By far the best shipping company. I signed up with Caitlin a few years ago and she was a total rockstar she made it so easy for me to understand. I enjoy the chat support because I am always on the go. They are always so helpful and friendly. I actually spoke to Josh on chat this morning and he fixed my issue quickly and friendly. 5 stars just isn't enough for ShippingEasy

Shipping Easy is a breeze to use! I love the way it's set up. Syncing your online store is a cinch, and even syncing multiple stores is no problem. Beyond the user friendly app and the features is offers, the customer service is out of this world! There just isn't an issue they aren't able to help you with. :-) Highly recommend to new business owners and established as well. Shipping easy is fantastic. Easy shopify integration + easy to use interface. Support is there for us when needed. Price point is more than fair.

I chose ShippingEasy as my shipping partner when I first launched my shop, and I have been very happy with that decision, their service and support! Today was a great example as I spoke with Bailey, who was very helpful, and only quickly addressed the questions I had, but also offered some suggestions to consider. He also offered to look into a question I had about rate differences (more) between what Shopify Real-Time Shipping is charging my customers for FedEx and what ShippingEasy - and FedEx for that matter - would charge me for the same item. There are so many things to juggle every day running a shop in today's world, and I strongly believe that you have to take the time to pick the best partners you can to help you succeed. I believe ShippingEasy is one of those for me and my shop.
