I had an issue syncing/authorizing a store, I called the store and did what they said, but it did not work. I then called ShippingEasy, and the woman I spoke with was SUPER helpful. She stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved (and it was resolved). I wish I had contacted ShippingEasy first, I could not be more pleased with the customer service :)

The ONLY place you need to go for your e-commerce shipping solutions needs. Terrific support, live agents to assist with shipping issues, easy application, great features...everything is there. All you need to do is set up and ship. Their account managers are awesome and Bailey has always been there is assist us when needed plus enhance our shipping tools to make it even easier to ship...Bailey is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with anytime!
