I came from using Stamps.com and although there are some differences that I miss from stamps.com, the customer service has been outstanding in training me in the ways of shipping easy. After my free 1 hour of training that is offered for new members, I knew my way around to get going on fulfilling my orders. Whenever I've had an issue or question I'm able to reach the customer service team easily through their online chat and I get my issues resolved quickly. Tyler and Rachael have been amazing and soo helpful!!

ShippingEasy is easy to use and nicely integrated with my Shopify based store. But all users of every app need help at times, and ShippingEasy delivers outstanding support - every time!

This APP has been AMAZING. First of all, it works great and it isn't hard to learn all the tricks. The customer service has always been outstanding and very helpful. We are saving hundreds of dollars a month using this app for our shipping.

This app has been a lifesaver for me! It really speeds up the shipping process and their customer service is top notch! Bailey has worked with me in getting everything set up and has been a HUGE help! If I ever have a question or concern I simply chat or call in and they are right on it. I definitely recommend this app!

We've been using ShippingEasy since early 2016 for USPS shipping for a few of our businesses. Like any new account, you have to go through and get it all setup correctly. Once you're up and running, you can literally have a label printed in about 3 clicks and 3 seconds when the orders sync with your stores. The whole site works great, it's easy to use, and the functionality is well documented so you can usually find instructions for anything you're trying to learn how to do. The customer service is VERY accessible and knowledgeable. You can get a representative on the phone, email, or chat which we love!

So far we are loving Shipping Easy. We ship about 500 packages per month, mostly USPS. Its easy to use and we can print packing slips and labels for all the orders on a given day with a few clicks. It will learn rules that will speed up daily shipping. The customer service is top notch- a real live person answers the phone when you call - and they actually know their stuff. (unlike most of the "gurus" that I have dealt with). Seriously, loving it and would highly recommend. BTW- I'm just a regular customer and I was not paid or bribed to write this and none of my friends or family work there.

Always able to reach a person when calling main number. Love that. This time they had to had a support team member call me back - took less than 10 minutes.

Got help from James to solve what turned out to be a slightly technical issue in keeping 3 systems (Shopify - Shipping Easy - Endicia) talking to each other in such a way that resolves issue and keeps me from getting a tech headache (cause tech is not what I do) and in a way that is automated and easy.

He kept the language simple, identified the best way to solve the problem and stayed on the line to walk me through until we had a solution in hand.

Bravo!

This is a great APP and made my life so much easier. It save us time, help our business run more efficient and organized. Also their service is amazing. Anytime i have an issue or question they are always available to help. I am in the learning process but so far it is user friendly and I've been able to get set fast as simple. I highly recommend.
