ShippingEasy has been incredible for us!

We found ShippingEasy by accident before we launched our Shopify Store and we are so happy they were with us as we launched our store.

Before ShippingEasy we used another Shipping App that was really clunky and hard to use. When I saw ShippingEasy's interface I knew it was the app for us.

Through-out the entire store launch process ShippingEasy walked us through setup, provided personal customer support contact information and constantly answer every question we through at them.

As a fellow small business we are really proud to support ShippingEasy. On the rare instance they didn't have an answer or we were having extra problems they went above and beyond to solve our issues!

I can't imagine choosing any other shipping application.

I wanted to express how grateful I am that someone from your company reached out to us at the end of the summer to tell us about your services. This year we had received some great press in prominent publications and online just prior to the holidays, which impacted our sales. We are a small but growing nonprofit organization and I wear many of the hats myself, including fulfillment. Shipping easy has been great! It's a great way to manage inventory, customer marketing, or even just shipping. We use Shipping Easy everyday, and it is a fairly easy app to navigate. On occasion a question will pop-up for us and we need to ask a customer care representative. Today, for instance, was one of those days and I had the pleasure of chatting with Tom on some things that I could not figure out. Tom was patient, very helpful, and able to help me trouble-shoot my situation. He also made sure that he had addressed everything before I closed out so that everything was flowing smoothly. So thanks Shipping Easy for being one of my daily workhorses and thanks for having someone like Tom if I ever need assistance. Communication is everything!

We have used ShippingEasy for a many years and have been super happy. When we switched over to Shopify and clicked two buttons and Shipping Easy was integrated in seconds, picked up our unshipped new orders and we were ready to go! In literally seconds. It doesn't get better then this. Shipping Easy is honestly my favorite service of everything we use for our store, not just in shipping. Their customer service, ease of use makes our lives so EASY ;-)
