We’ve had a great experience with Fastrr. The service has been reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. And having used other checkouts I can say this opens everywhere even in low network areas.

But what really sets Fastrr apart for us is the account management. I would particularly like to call our my KAM Ashwani Kumar who has been an exceptional support — always speedy, responsive, and quick to resolve anything that comes up. He’s also proactive in suggesting ways for us to optimise our costs and save money, rather than simply managing the account.

Having a great service is one thing, but having someone like Ashwani who genuinely understands the business and is always willing to help makes a big difference. Highly recommend Fastrr, especially for the quality of support and account management.

Fastrr Cart is a solid checkout app that has all the features I require. I experienced a few bugs early on, but everything is running very smoothly now. The support follow-up can be a bit slow, but they are highly effective and definitely resolve your problems. Specifically, I want to thank Saksham for the excellent help in getting my issues fixed!
