In May, my 40% revenue came from ShopAgain's drip campaigns. I love this app. Easy to use, strong reporting, and does not require me to do much to get things going. I like that their recommendation is available both for emails and my store. I have used Omnisend, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp before. But it is much easier for me to use ShopAgain.

So far ShopAgain has been quite easy to setup and use. As someone who's has a lot on their plate and not a lot of free time to learn a new tool, ShopAgain is intuitive and easy to pick up. Whenever I had questions, I could get in touch with a real person on support in just a few mins and even schedule a call for more complex questions or workflows.

Our experience with marketing automation was greatly facilitated by this plug-in. We were having trouble getting started, but happily we ran across Shopagain, and we quickly completed email flows, and pop-ups. I love the UI and the team's response.

If you're looking for an all in one email and sms app this is it. I've previously used multiple popular apps and paid quite a bit more for less than what Shop Again offers. Not only is their segmentation and analytics advanced for greater data mining, their automatic campaigns are simple to set up and functionality is everything you need. With Roshan's help, I was able to add sms transactional messaging as well. This has reduced my app need to a single one which is incredibly important for page speed times. I would highly recommend this app!

ShopAgain has made my life much easier. I don't like installing too many apps in my store. Emails, popup, SMS, bestsellers widget - they do it all for me. Love their dashboard analytics. Customer support was always there when I need it.

The tech and customer service support from lattice team has been outstanding. We have seemed improvement in our abandoned cart sales. Platform is also easy to use and navigate.

Recently started using ShopAgain, and the experience has been great. The support team is skilled and friendly, and the features of the app are easy to use. I am yet to try out their upsell widget but everything else looks solid.

the Autopilot plan is truly remarkable. I did not know such a thing was possible. I guess AI is coming for a lot of jobs. Anyways, my emails from shopagain look really good. Good customer support too.
