Sinds zeker 2 maanden kunnen wij niet meer in de app komen, maar het programma draait wel op de site. Dan zit er helaas niks anders op dan de klanten teleur te stellen en de app te verwijderen

I have installed this few days ago, and the app keeps giving 500 Internal Server error.

Can's even uninstall the app as the admin page isn't opening at all.

As soon as we installed this app, our customers could not log into their accounts on our website to shop our site. Went to this app's chat service, it showed "We're online and ready to help" or something to that effect, but it was not true. They weren't there. Or at least they didn't respond. Sent them an email. Four hours later, still no response, and I don't know how many sales were lost, so we finally deleted this app. Hoping we haven't lost too many customers but we will never know. We set it up correctly with accounts enabled so that was not the issue. An app that can prevent your customers from logging into their accounts to buy something is a dangerous app. It's not free if you lose hundreds of dollars worth of business.

When I was available to answer your live chat at 12:55 GMT, only 4 minutes after you sent the original message, you had already decided to disconnect from the live chat, so I could not respond.

I immediately got in contact with you via the email you provided on the live chat form. I wrote and sent you an email at 13:01 GMT, just a few minutes after you had left the live chat. I suggested you turn off the widget as a potential temporary solution while I immediately investigated this issue with the development team.

After investigating this issue with the development team for the last few hours, it appears that there is a conflict with your specific theme code. This is not an issue that any of our hundreds of other customers have faced, but we would still be happy to find a custom fix for your store.

It is very disappointing to receive our first-ever 1-star review, especially when we place such importance on stellar customer service. You can see this with our other 23 reviews, all of which are 5-star and attest to our great customer service.

While I completely understand the stress that this issue has caused you, we don't believe this review is fair when we made every effort to contact you and solve your issue.

I understand your confusion with our automated live chat welcome message. Our intention with this message was to say that we have live chat agents online, but there still could be some waiting while we are speaking with other live chat customers. However, it is obvious now that this is not clear enough, and so I will look to change it to avoid a situation like this in the future.
