Application removes main product text formatting. Looks like still in beta and support is asking questions It replies with standard text asking the same information that was provided already.

We understand your concerns around existing product text formatting being changed, particularly when generating SEO titles and descriptions, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have now fixed this issue so we hope it will no longer be a concern. We are a small team of 2 and we really appreciate your feedback that helps us improve the app.
