Canva AutoSync Integration

Very difficult to connect your Shopify account I uninstalled and installed the app many times and my store still says it’s not connected

Search function is garbage; Does not pull up correct product 40% of the time and simple search phrases such as "beanie" fail to pull results even though it's a predominant product in collection. Buggy mess.

Simple enough app for syncing product to shopify, but where do images go in shopify that were created in Canva?

I experienced a minor problem while attempting to connect the app to Canva. However, the customer support team was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue for me immediately. Once connected, the app worked flawlessly and allowed me to use any product image available in Canva. This not only helped me save time but also enhanced my creativity.

would be awesome if we could sort by date added and or the existing tags or categories from our store to find the items needed quickly

The instructions to connect were not clear and no support available to help, even the videos are not working. Shopify sucks

I didn't even know this integration existed. I was copying and pasting before. Now it is seamless.

lost all the connections and seem to be doing it all again, a bit frustrating. But good once it is working
