I'd start by saying that the app itself is very good and works as advertised. Easy to use, good customization options and user-friendly for both merchants and website visitors.

What follows is however genuine constructive feedback:

despite all in all a positive experience, what I think is a HUGE let-down is that the floating botton, which is very very easy and convenient to set up, expands automatically every time a product page is loaded. I think this is really unnecessary and way too disruptive for website visitors considering that most of those actually interacting with the technology would be aware of it via other communication from the merchant. Both as a user and as a merchant I'd suggest a simple option for the button to only expand when clicked on rather than anytime a product is opened. The extra click contributes to consumer fatigue and may even be distracting.

I attempted to contact the team Shopthru team to see if they could simply stop this from happening (it would work great if it was just like the homepage where the button does not expand automatically) and they replied fairly quickly but did not solve the problem.

Nevertheless I recommend the app as it seems to be the best available option
