It took a few days to get set up right, but just message Shirley the app developer and she will get you going. It does not copy over videos, and you have to add sku's to the products you want to sync. You also have to manually upload any new listings- it does not auto-update based on a collection unfortuately. Etsy only accepts tags with 20 characters, so do not select "copy tags" -you will need to make different tags for etsy, and have flat rate (not calculated) shipping selected for the import, then you can change it back... Im hopeful that this will be worth it because etsy and google search have a good thing going.
Thank you very much for your feedback. You are correct , our app syncs quantities based on SKUs. SKU is the identifier of listings and variations, hence we sync based on matching SKUs. Regarding tags - Etsy and Shopify have different requirements . Etsy allows up to 13 tags and each tag can contain up to 20 characters.
You can either adjust the tags based on Etsy limitations or create different tags for Etsy. Many times it's best to create different tags for Shopify and Etsy for SEO purposes.
You can export collection using our export listings wizard.

I had no idea this type of integration was an option but I decided to try it out. I’m amazed at the amount of time I’m saving by not having to write listings in both Shopify and Etsy. I also don't have to go back in and update quantities when I sell something in one platform. Shirly is THE GOAT as far a customer service goes. I had done issues with setting up my SKUs at first but she helped walk me through how to fix it. I highly recommend this app!

A really good app, easy to use, the orders show up on Shopify and when you fullfill them, it sends a notification to the customer, so you don't need to enter Etsy at all. Saves you much time!

Best app ever! It has saved me so much time and it is so easy to connect Etsy to Shopify website. All orders in one place and works perfect to keep track of my inventory in both shops.
Love this app, makes my life easier. Always answers and always helpful. She goes above and beyond go find out the issue and resolve it. Had an issue that was Etsy's fault and she helped me so I could have them take over. Thank you again!
