We have a Clover EPOS and the Shopventory integration has allowed us to seamlessly integrate and manage stock quantity across offline and online channels. Really impressed with the customer support from the team, Dean, Kayla & Valerie have been excellent. Thanks guys!

I downloaded the app for linking to our Shopify, although it performed reasonably well for many things, it did not meet our needs so I deleted the app from our Shopify apps in September. However, I just was charged $2,387.00. I think these guys try hard, but clearly not hard enough. I'll be doing a charge back. I was told in an email after complaining that "Just deleting our app will not cancel your subscription to Shopventory." BEWARE! After reading their response below, I reiterate, BEWARE, they will get you to upgrade when you are 'testing' their system and you can only do this by entering a CC number, which in order to test it properly, I did. However, after deleting the system off of where I originally accessed it in Shopify, they did not process this forward. Like I said these guys try very hard, they had a great amount of attention on customer service and they were all very good with it. But customers also need to be aware of this. Because their service and product is good, I have changed my rating to 3 stars. The company needs to understand that there are consequences for doing business in a certain way. If the company amends their practice to adjust accordingly, I'd be happy to update to 5stars.

It appears the reason you paid $2,387.00 was you were utilizing your Thrive subscription and decided to enter your credit card information into our software while selecting the Professional Annual subscription (you selected the annualized option to get 2 months free). Entering your credit card and selecting the plan you did lets our system know you'd like to continue with a paid service. You are always welcome to cancel your subscription or remove your credit card from the same interface.

Four years ago, our store's finance lead, Marilyn Radikopf, suggested using Shopventory to help manage inventory and store sales. Over the past year, Level 10 Performance Motorsports continues to grow with the development of an online presence with a Shopify website. Just this past week, we began integrating our Shopventory account with the Shopify website. Have found Shopventory support to be above and beyond which makes this transition all the easier. While the functionality of this app has not thoroughly tested, due to it not being exactly what I needed I removed it, it did seem to work fine. However, the reason I have given a 1 star is the incessant mails from the shopventory staff. After having unsubscribed multiple times, after replying that I do not wish to receive further mails and after reporting them as spam, the mails never stopped coming. Besides the functionality of an app the communication with a company and the perceived perception of that company is an important thing in deciding wether to work with a company and this company has failed thoroughly in that. Also, let it be known that i have let the above be known per email multiple times and I do not want to be contacted by anyone about how you will fix this. You had your chance.

We're glad to hear that the app has been working fine for you, but it's unfortunate for us to hear about the communication breakdown as we watch our correspondence very closely.

We searched through our entire database as well as email platforms to see if we could find where the breakdown occurred. We weren't able to find any record of where you responded to be removed from our email communication, or where you manually unsubscribed via the unsubscribe links provided on all of our communication.

We would appreciate it if you would be willing to send us a chat message through our chat tool on shopventory.com with a screenshot or any other information to help us find where the request was made and allow us to troubleshoot. It is very important to us that our customers are easily able to manage their email subscriptions and we also hope we're not being confused with a different company.
