They reply quickly, but product knowledge is lacking.
Often need to ask for proper follow-up,and it seems they would simply tell you "to uncheck the button display" so the customers won't have issues with it.
It used to be a good app, but times have changed. Hope this will improve over time.

We haven't implemented the ReOrder app yet, but will today as it is a frequent request from our customers.
We had problems with installing the app. I want to express my gratitude to the service of both customer support and development support. They have installed the app on our webshop, meanwhile I had time to get other work done.

Great app! The Hulk team provides excellent customer service and seamless install and I love the report that shows how many people have used the re-order functionality! We installed it on the suggestion of a customer and are so glad we did! Definitely recommend.
