Sitejabber Customer Reviews

We first saw Sitejabber at a conference and started talking about what they offer. We had been with Trustpilot previously, and while those services were good, the price was too high and we could not continue using them. Sitejabber seemed to offer similar services at a fraction of the cost, so we continued our conversations after the conference was over. We signed up with plans to implement several services including product reviews and instant feedback when customers place an order, and we still have plans to add more. We have tied in product web pages with reviews, imported reviews from previous platforms, and added the overall company reviews on a web page for both SEO and customers looking for validation of our company. We are rolling out automatic posting of our positive reviews on social media and generating graphics we can use on other marketing. Periodic check ins with our account rep help keep things on track, and when I have mentioned problems, technical support has come through for us, resolving the issues quickly and efficiently. All in all, Sitejabber has been just what we needed, and several years after signing up we are still going strong.

great app but no way to import all the reviews you already have from another app!

We use Sitejabber to collect business and product reviews. We have been with them for over a year now and collected more than a 1k reviews. Their support is great and professional and Colleen with her team are amazing!!
