Sixads advertising automation

I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I am unable to use it due to an API error that occurred immediately after setting up my account and campaign. I’ve sent multiple chat messages and emails to customer support but have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and support is frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better for a paid service.

AVOID INSTALLATION. I opted for the $44 package, which includes three services: Facebook Marketing, Facebook Remarketing, and Facebook Upselling to Existing Customers. Extremely disappointed. I paid for the Pro app and have had an API error since opening the account and setting up a campaign. I've sent multiple chat messages and emails first requesting support, then to cancel and refund my subscription. Zero response thus far.

They have a problem. For sure. I should have read the review prior to paying 89 euro a month.
Support is gone most of the time and when they are online they don't answer.
I have been waiting for them to fix this problem for over 3 months.
Paid and waited for NOTHING.

I deleted my first review which was a good review because I thought this app was cool...at first. After careful consideration, I changed my mind. They do have a responsive customer service team, I'll give them that; but this app contains pop-up ads (NOW) which was not there six months ago that will lead customers off your website. I used this app to get some traffic for a new Shopify store. At first I was pleased, because I had tried another free ads app that had really lousy content, most of the time, empty boxes showed up on my website - no product! A couple times I chose to pay to boost the ads. Then I got hit with a bill for ads I did not authorize. I was signed up for a monthly program. In my opinion, it was a sneaky ...

They do not even deserve a one star review...ALL Sales we got to our store from sixads were FRAUD sales..now we are getting chargebacks for those scammed sales....we lost sales, product cost, shipping & handling cost ..etc

I have sent an urgent message with charges about my ads telling them I want them to stop and I am not able to stop them on their platform I took a screen shot after refreshing it to see if I could turn off Ad for Reaching Prospective Customers but it did not work and so I sent this immediately. The cost was $15... and now it is $26.13 and I refuse to pay tat extra amount. No one has responded as ...
